RICE PUDDING 
Cook on top of the stove. Boil water, add 1 cup rice, boil 1/2 hour. Drain, put back in pot, add 4 cups milk and 1 cup evaporated canned milk, sugar to your taste, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat 3 eggs, add when heated, with 4 tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top after pouring into 9x12 inch baking dish. Rice pudding should be starting to thicken before removing from heat.
