RICE, RAISIN, APPLE PUDDING 
6 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4-1/3 c. dark raisins
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. milk (approx.)

In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer rice, raisins, apples, sugar and cinnamon. Repeat layer. Pour milk almost to top of apples. Top with butter. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
