RAISIN RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix dry ingredients, sugar, salt and spices together. Add to rice and raisins, then eggs and milk. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until knife comes clean. Use 1 1/2 quart dish to bake in.
