RICH'S RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. rice
Cinnamon

Cook rice and drain. Add milk and heavy cream to rice and cook over double boiler until a skin forms on top. While rice is getting skin on top, beat eggs with sugar. Add sugar mixture to rice mixture and beat with mixer. Place back on stove and cook until thick (approximately 20 minutes). After rice is thick remove from stove and add vanilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cool.
