CHOP SUEY | |
1 lb. pork 2 c. onion, diced 2 c. celery, diced 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 can bean sprouts 1-2 tbsp. chop suey soy sauce Fry pork until brown 1 hour; add celery, onions, enough salt water to cover. Simmer 1 hour. Add brown sugar and soy sauce. Drain bean sprouts and put into the mixture thicken with flour and water. Serve on noodles or rice. |
