EASY CHOP SUEY 
3 slices pork steak
1/2 c. onion
28 oz. can chop suey mixed vegetables
4 oz. can mushrooms
Soy sauce
2 c. rice

Cut meat up into bite size pieces, cook until brown. When brown, add water to cover meat and onions. Simmer until tender. Then add vegetables, mushrooms and soy sauce to taste. Let simmer for a few more minutes. Cook rice according to package directions. Then mix everything together.
