DO - AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes, boiled & mashed
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Blend all ingredients together well. Keep in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or can be frozen (not watery). Put in casserole or crock pot to reheat.
