SWISS BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 jar heinz honey chicken gravy
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
dash of salt and pepper

In a 2 qt. saucepan, saut onion in butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly stirring often. Add cheese, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is melted stirring often.

Makes about 4 servings.
