TERIYAKI MARINADE 
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. molasses

Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Place steak in marinade and let stand at room temperature from 12 to 24 hours. Turn steak occasionally. Enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat. When cooking or grilling meat, be careful not to over cook. Marinade should not be used by those on a low sodium diet.
