SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well and shape into 8 oblong patties. In skillet, in hot oil, brown patties or do in oven. Brown on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over patties. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour. 8 servings.
