SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can mushroom soup
5 tsp. mustard
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
2 lbs. beef (hamburger)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. dried crumbs or oatmeal
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/6 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/4 c. parsley flakes

Mix mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Add 1/2 cup mixture to the hamburger. Add eggs, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.

Shape into patties and brown in a skillet. Place in a baking dish.

Add water and parsley to soup mixture. Pour over patties. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
