SALISBURY STEAK 
10 1/2 oz. can onion soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. Brown patties, pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients. Stir to loosen browned bits. Cover. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Serves 6.
