SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. powdered garlic powder
3 med. size garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 c. parsley flakes or fresh parsley, finely choppedtbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Roll into balls and flatten. Brown in fry pan, strain grease and make a gravy with as much of the grease as you need and flour, then add meat patties and water. Cook until gravy is as thick as you want it.
