GOOSEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. tapioca

Mix thoroughly.

1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 c. gooseberries

Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Cover with lattice top or plain top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
