GOOSEBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. gooseberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3 heaping tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Baked pie shell

Mix and cook until thick, mashing all berries. Cool slightly and cover with meringue made of the 2 whites and 1/4 cup sugar. Brown in 375 degree oven.
