RHUBARB JAM WITH PINEAPPLE AND
STRAWBERRY
 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Boil rhubarb, sugar, and pineapple for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add Jello and stir until dissolved. Place into hot jars and seal.
