4 or 5 sweet potatoes
1/4 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 stick soft butter
1 c. brown sugar

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water. When tender, cool and mash potatoes. Mix in next 4 ingredients. For topping, mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake in a medium baking dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
