AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. of chop meat or 2 hamburgers
1 med. diced green pepper
1 med. diced onion
1 lg. stalk of celery, diced
1/4 lb. of fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (4 oz.) can of sliced mushrooms
2 cans of tomato soup - a must
1/2 can water
Wesson oil
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Grated Italian grated cheese
1/2 lb. med. shell macaroni
Water
Salt

In skillet: Saute chopped meat just until done. If using hamburger, mash as you saute. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Transfer this into a large saucepan. In same skillet add some Wesson Oil, just enough to stir fry pepper first. Add celery, stir. Add onions, add mushrooms, fresh or canned, just until tender.

Transfer this into the saucepan. Mix meat into saute vegetables. Add 2 cans of tomato soup with 1/2 cup water. Stir this well. On low to medium heat, cook shells as you like. Drain. Serve shells plain topped with meat and vegetable sauce. Top with Italian cheese.
