BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
5 new potatoes, sliced
5 onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chicken broth
Sage, salt and pepper

Lightly season pork chops with salt, pepper and sage. Brown pork chops. In a large casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes, then a layer of onion, repeat layers until all vegetables are used up. Place browned pork chops on top of the potatoes. Pour chicken broth over top. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.
