BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pare 7 good size potatoes; slice as for scalloped potatoes. Take 1 1/4 pounds of lean pork chops (loin preferred); put a layer of potatoes into a large casserole dish (2 quart), then a layer of pork chops, dust with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped onion. Continue until all used, having a layer of potato on top. Pour in 1 cup milk. Put on cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 40 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes so potatoes brown.
