PARTY ANTIPASTO 
4 slices Provolone cheese, cut in 6 wedges
6 slices salami, cut in 4 wedges
Chopped or torn lettuce
Celery slices
Thin slices raw cauliflower
1/2 inch cubes sharp Cheddar cheese
Green pepper strips
Onion rings
Any other vegetable desired
Tomato wedges
1 lg. can tuna
1 lb. imported ham, rolled

ITALIAN DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper (black or seasoned)
1/2 pkg. Good Seasons garlic dressing
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes or fresh

Alternate wedges of cheese and salami around edge of large platter. Put vegetables and Cheddar in large bowl. Toss and pour onto platter. Loosen tuna a bit and put in center. Arrange tomato wedges around it. Just before serving, pour on adequate Italian dressing, then arrange ham on top. Shake dressing in pint jar.
