ANTIPASTO DRESSING 
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced

Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Can be made ahead of time and used with vegetable bowl just before serving.

Yield: 20 servings.
