POTATO AND FISH ANTIPASTO 
2 c. cold, cooked, diced potatoes
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can tuna fish
1 c. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. ripe olives, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
Dash pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced onion

Combine ingredients; chill several hours. Serve with your favorite crackers. Serves 6-8.
