![]() 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds (approx. the seeds of two medium pumpkins) 1 sandwich size ZipLoc bag 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce 3 drops Tabasco 1/2 tsp. salt Clean, wash and remove all pumpkin meat from the seeds. In a colander, drain and then towel dry the seeds by hand. In the Zip Lock bag, place pumpkin seeds and add all other ingredients in bag. Seal the bag well. Shake and turn bag, so as to completely coat all seeds. Let sit for 20 minutes. Then, on a baking sheet pour out seeds and separate them as best you can. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast pumpkins seeds for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and dry. Serve hot or cold. Store seeds in air-tight container. A Halloween favorite in our home.
