SALTED PUMPKIN SEEDS | |
pumpkin seeds (from a cleaned out pumpkin) 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Clean out pumpkin for carving; clean the seeds from the flesh and soak for 2 hours in salt water. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and toss with the pumpkin seeds. Place seeds on a cookie sheet and bake at 250°F for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes.
