ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1/2-1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
1/2 tsp. onion powder or to taste
Little salt

Take seeds out of pumpkin. Wash seeds thoroughly. Lay on parchment paper to dry (overnight is best).

In a saucepan, melt butter. Take off heat, mix in all other ingredients. Stir together with seeds until all seeds are well covered. Lay out single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250°F for 2 hours.

This has become a tradition at our house each year at Halloween. We all love these seeds.

Amazing, I used this recipe but added a 1 1/2 tsp of Creole Seasoning to add a little spice to it, and I gotta say your recipe is gonna be a tradition of ours as well :)

Couldn't wait and didn't dry over night, would have been crunchier if I did I think. Also, I use seasoned salt. Mmmm!!!
