STUFFED ACORN SQUASH 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/3 c. brown sugar
4 acorn squash
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 apples, finely chopped

Parboil acorn squash 10 minutes. Remove. Brown sausage and drain. Add apples and brown sugar. Cook until apples are done. Remove seeds from across squash. Fill with sausage mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
