JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cheese, cool slightly. Add mayonnaise, milk and pineapple; mix well. Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
