QUICK AND EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. evaporated milk
Sliced cheese (or grated)

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Combine the soup and milk; set aside. Place half of meat in bottom of baking dish; then a layer of rice, using half of it. Make another layer of meat and then rice. Pour soup and milk over the meat and rice. Place cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts and browns.
