BAKED SAUERKRAUT | |
1 can sauerkraut 1/2 lb. pork sausage 1 c. cooked potatoes 1 c. bread crumbs Fry sausage until brown. Drain off fat and mix with other ingredients (reserving a few bread crumbs). Put all into baking dish and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Pour 3/4 cup milk over top and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. |
