HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1 (20 oz.) pkg. strawberries
3 bananas, sliced
1 c. pecans
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries and pineapple (juice and fruits), sliced bananas and pecans. Take 3 cups of this mixture and put in flat container large enough to hold all ingredients. Place in refrigerator and let remain until mixture is firm. Spread the sour cream over this. Pour remaining mixture over sour cream and return to refrigerator until firm. This will make 12-16 servings.
