1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's vegetable beef soup (do not add water)
2 eggs
6 slices white bread
1 onion, diced
2 to 4 tbsp. yellow mustard
4 to 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce (more if preferred)
1 green pepper diced (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Bake in bread loaf pan or small casserole dish at 375°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a favorite vegetable.
