TERIYAKI BEEF STRIPS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. water
Ginger to taste
Garlic to taste
1/2 c. sesame seeds (opt.)
1-2 flank steaks

Cut meat in thin slices against the grain. Mix first 7 ingredients and marinate meat in mixture about 3 to 6 hours. After marinating is complete, put meat on wooden skewers and grill.
