TERIYAKI BEEF STRIPS | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. molasses 2 tsp. ginger or less 2 tsp. dry mustard 6 cloves minced garlic 1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut 1 inch thick Mix all ingredients, except meat, together well. Cut steak into strips 1/4 inch thick and marinate in sauce for 15 minutes. Broil steak strips 5-7 minutes, basting and turning frequently. |
