SMITHFIELD CHICKEN 
6 boned chicken breasts, skinned
6 slices cheddar cheese
6 slices ham
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a rolling pin or edge of saucer. Place cheese and ham inside breasts and fold inside. Place fold side down in a baking dish. Pour mixed mushroom soup and sour cream over chicken and bake uncovered for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
