SUNFLOWER ICE CREAM 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. chilled whipping cream
3/4 c. Heath almond brickle chips
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower nuts

Mix milk, sugar, salt and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form. Cool. Add vanilla, cream, brickle chips and sunflower seeds. Pour into ice cream freezer. Freeze as to the ice cream maker directions. I suggest chilling the serving bowls before serving.
