CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2-4 tbsp. soft butter
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate (melted)

FROSTING:

1 pkg. (16 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of salt

Combine crumbs and butter. Lightly grease bottom of springform pan. Press mixture into pan.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Set aside 1 cup of mixture. Pour remaining mixture into pan. Fold melted chocolate into the one cup mixture remaining.

Spoon onto mixture in pan and cut through batter for marble effect. Bake in 300 degree oven one hour or until firm. Cool completely in oven. Frost and refrigerate to set.

Frosting: Melt chocolate. Add sour cream and salt. Beat until creamy and of spreading consistency.
