Melt 3 squares chocolate with 2 teaspoons butter. Beat 1 egg, then add 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts. Add this to chocolate mixture. Mix well. Add 1 bag miniature colored marshmallows. Blend well. Make into 2 or 3 rolls. Sprinkle 1 package angel flake coconut on wax paper. Roll cookie roll into coconut until coated all around. Wrap in wax paper and foil and freeze. Slice when frozen as needed. Makes 10-80.
