BUTTER COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract

CINNAMON MIX:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter extract

Mix first 7 ingredients; beat at medium speed 6 to 8 minutes. Butter bundt pan generously. Sprinkle pan with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Pour in 1/3 of batter, sprinkle on 1/2 of cinnamon mix; 1/3 batter, other 1/2 cinnamon mix, ending with 1/3 batter. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan 8 minutes; turn out and glaze.
