BUTTER GOOEY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix package of cake mix, butter and 1 egg with a fork. Pat mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar (less tablespoon or so reserved for top). Add 2 eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture. Pour over cake. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch carefully. When the cake is done, it will have a jelly like consistency. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar. Cut into small squares while warm.
