SPICY SWISS STEAK 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 lbs. fat trimmed lean top round steak

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour over steak in a baking pan. Bake steak in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
