SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak (or chuck)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped

Cut steak into serving pieces, use tenderizer and pound with edge of sauce or meat mallet to tenderize. Dredge with flour and brown over medium or high heat. Put steak into slow cooker with tomato sauce, tomatoes and onion. Cook 5 or 6 hours until steak is tender. Serve over hot rice. 4 servings.
