VANILLA ICE CREAM 
3 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 env. Knox gelatin
3 qt. whole milk
1 sm. can condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract

Dissolve gelatin in 1 quart cold milk in large (4 cup) measuring bowl. Heat in microwave until good and hot (do not boil). While heating, beat eggs in bowl and add sugar and blend. Then add the hot milk and gelatin to the sugar and eggs. Cool, add flavorings and rest of milk to within 1 1/2 inches of top of freezer container. Use hand turner or electric freezer to freeze using freezer directions.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
