DILLY BREAD 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour

Warm cottage cheese. Mix yeast in warm water; add sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda. Add warm cottage cheese and beaten egg. Add flour until stiff.

Let rise until double (1 hour). With floured hands shape in ball and place in 2-quart round casserole. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
