GINNY'S BUTTERSCOTCH CASHEW CLUSTERS | |
1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. salted cashews 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. butterscotch morsels Easy, and different - everyone's favorite! Cream butter, brown sugar together; stir in flour until mixture becomes doughy. Add cashews. Crumble mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, then put mixture into large bowl. Melt morsels over double boiler or in microwave. When completely melted pour mixture in bowl with cookie "crumbs" and mix together until everything is combined. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper (while still warm it will be very gooey). Put in refrigerator or cool place until each droplet is solidified into a cookie. Makes about 48 cookies. |
