GOOEY CHOCOLATE CASHEW BARS 
Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar

Topping:

1 1/2 c. chopped cashews
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients; beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Stir all topping ingredients together; mix well. Spread topping over hot crust. Continue baking for 28 to 33 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Cover; store in refrigerator.
