BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
2 eggs
2 tsp. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. stuffing mix
1 lg. can cream corn
1/4 c. milk

Melt butter; add onions and stuffing mix (reserving 1/2 cup). Toss until onions are transparent. Beat 2 eggs. Add broccoli, corn, and milk. Mix together; add sauteed stuffing mix. Place in casserole. Top with reserved stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
