MOM'S BISCUIT PUDDING 
12 cold biscuits (not canned)
1 qt. milk
4 eggs (more may be added)
2/3 c. sugar (more or less, to taste)
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon

Crumble biscuits into large bowl. Beat eggs and sugar; add spice. Add milk and raisins; pour over biscuits. Pour in casserole or loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees. Time will vary, depending on thickness of baking utensil. Delicious warm or cold. Serve plain or with lemon chocolate sauce.
