BEEF BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
3 cans refrigerated biscuits (buttermilk or country style)
1 block of any kind of cheese, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 pounds of hamburger
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. of sour cream
1 egg
Garlic powder

Brown hamburger, pepper, onion. Cook until brown, drain. Return hamburger to frying pan. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons garlic powder. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 egg slightly beaten, 1 cup sour cream and half of grated cheese. Add mixture to hamburger, mix thoroughly. Remove from stove.

In 13 x 9 inch pan use 1 1/2 cans of biscuits pulling each biscuit in two part and line bottom of pan evenly. Pour hamburger mixture over biscuits. Line top of mixture with other 1 1/2 cans of biscuits, same as before. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top of biscuits. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
