MEAT ROLL-UPS 
2 c. Bisquick or bread dough for 1 loaf
2 c. meat (beef, turkey, chicken or wild game)
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3/4 c. milk

Prepare dough so that it is easy to handle. Chop meat very fine for best results, (place in food processor to chop finely). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll the dough out on a sheet of wax paper, forming a rectangle, approximately 9 x 12 inches.

Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll like a jelly roll and tuck ends under. Wrap in wax paper and chill several hours or overnight.

Slice and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with gravy or diluted celery soup. Freezes well. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
